FAQ

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Coaching is future-focused and emphasizes personal development, while therapy is focused on the past and addresses emotional healing. A coach will ask, “What do you want to create?” to help you envision your future, whereas a therapist may inquire, “What happened in the past that’s influencing me today?” Additionally, the dynamic in therapy involves a client seeking treatment from a trained professional, while coaching fosters an equal partnership between the coach and client, working collaboratively towards desired outcomes.
